Jingyeong Sundae

Jingyeong Sundae is a sundae shop inside Seomun Market in Jeju City. It serves makchang sundae, traditional Jeju sundae, and glutinous rice sundae, with liver and offal included, and is takeout only. Staff steam and slice the sundae at the counter, while glutinous rice and makchang are prepared in the work area beside it. The makchang sundae and glutinous rice sundae can come across as similar to yakbap.
