Gyeseong

Gyeseong is a hoe restaurant near the old Jeju public stadium in Orail-dong, Jeju, serving seasonal and species-specific hoe courses and fish dishes. The course runs from porridge, salad, sushi, seafood and hoe to maeuntang and dolsot albap. Orders are placed according to the number of people, parties of four or more tend to reserve, and there is a break from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The hoe is thick and the fried dishes are served hot and crisp.
