Donsadon (Annex Branch)

Donsadon Byeolgwan is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Jeju that serves black pork geun-gogi (thick-cut pork sold by weight) and kimchi stew. Staff grill thick pork collar and pork belly over charcoal, and the meat is eaten dipped in meljeot. The kimchi stew is eaten reduced, and pa-kimchi is brought out on request, along with cabbage pickles as a side dish. There is no air conditioning in summer, so it is hot.
