Chadoljip

Chadoljip is an old restaurant in Jeju that grills chadolbakgi and jebichuri over charcoal. The chadolbakgi is tender and rich, while the seasoned jebichuri has a distinctly chewy texture. A doenjang jjigae comes by default, pairs well with the meat, and contains dogani and seoji. The store is crowded and loud because of the large number of customers.
