Hyomo Bakery

Hyomoppangjip is a small bakery in the Saemaeul Market alley of Jamsilnae in Seoul, selling fermented breads such as campagne, baguette, and ciabatta. It offers grain sourdough, pumpkin sweet potato, and butter scones, and opens only three days a week. Orders are placed by reserving one day in advance through KakaoTalk and then following the number ticket order, with cut and packed bread received outside. Expect a long waiting line.
