Yangsim Don

Yangsimpdon is a neighbourhood charcoal grill restaurant in Ilgwang New Town, Busan, where pork is cooked over charcoal. The samgyeopsal and pork collar are pre-grilled, so they can be eaten straight off the grill, and gosari and naengmyeon are also ordered alongside. Meals can be had without a reservation or waiting, and the dining room and restroom are clean. In the haemul jjappong ramyeon, the clams do not open and the shrimp are not fresh.
