Surim Hoejip

Surim Hoetjip in Chilam, Busan serves wild-caught hoe and conger eel hoe. The conger eel is drained of moisture and cut very fine for a savory plate, and assorted hoe, wild yellowtail and sea bream are also available. It is a home-style room restaurant that has run for over 30 years, with parking in the yard and on the beach breakwater. The maeuntang and some side dishes are strongly salted.
