Sumok Hoetjip

Sumok Hoejip is a hoe restaurant in Busan's Ilgwang New Town that serves spring flatfish, anago hoe, and large yellowtail hoe. The hoe is cut thick, and the meal comes with ssam wrapped with bangha leaves and maeuntang. The interior has a fish tank and rooms, and the hall is on the small side. The restaurant is usually full, so going without a reservation can mean a wait.
