Musoe Kimchi Samgyeop Singane is a Korean restaurant in Busan that grills samgyeopsal (pork belly) and kimchi on the lid of a cast-iron pot. The pork belly sits at the edge of the lid while a whole head of kimchi cooks in the center. A round guard is set up beside the lid, and the raw meat is cooked first in oil as if being fried.
