Hamjibak

Hamjibak serves samgyetang, chicken and duck baeksuk, and duck bulgogi in Busan’s Gijang-gun, Ilgwang, on the left of Hwajeon Maeul Hoegwan before Gijang-gun Office. The samgyetang contains mung beans and glutinous rice, and its broth is thick. Reserve duck baeksuk and otg dak one to one and a half hours in advance. Several kinds of side dishes are served.
