Haegang Jangeo

Haegang Jangeo is an eel restaurant near Ilgwang Beach in Busan, serving grilled eel and mulmegi tang. The eel comes salt-grilled or marinated and grilled over charcoal, with bangip and abalone porridge on the side. Guests can grill the eel themselves or have staff do it, and on weekends staff grill it; portions are ordered as one or two servings. Mulmegi tang is available in winter.
