Chilam Geobuk is a raw fish restaurant in the Chilam eel village of Busan, set directly in front of the sea. It serves anago hoe sliced to look like snowflakes and hoe bibimbap, and maeuntang comes with the hoe bibimbap even when that is the only dish ordered. Inside, the room is filled with LP records and 7080 music plays, and both the first and second floors are open to guests. Side dishes are somewhat sparse, and in one case the table setting took 20 minutes.
