Cheonghae Hoetjip

Cheonghae Hoetjip is a hoe restaurant in Busan that serves wild-caught raw fish. The wild fish hoe is chewy, and the eel is served grilled. After expanding into a new building and reopening, the hoe still tastes good and the maeuntang is decent. The side dishes do not offer much to eat.
