Cheonggiwa Hoetjip

Cheonggiwa Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in the Chilam bungjang-eo village of Gijang, Busan, serving anago hoe and grilled bungjang-eo with seasoning. The anago is deboned and sliced soft, then mixed with cabbage and soybean powder before eating. Anago hoe can be ordered by the portion, and maeuntang can be ordered after the meal. Small bones may remain in the grilled eel.
