Bugwang Hoetjip

Bukwang Hoejip is an old restaurant in Chilam, Gijang, Busan, specializing in conger eel and selling anago hoe and grilled eel. The anago hoe is served whole in a basket and eaten mixed with cabbage, soybean powder, and chojang. From the second-floor window seats, diners can see the sea, and fried eel bones come with the meal. Parking is difficult and staff service is brusque.
