Wonyi Ramen

Wonyi Ramen is a small Japanese ramen shop in Hung Hom, Man Tai St, serving tori paitan ramen and shrimp tsukemen. The tori paitan simmers chicken and pork bones until the broth foams, and it comes with whole wheat noodles. With only six to eight seats, waits run from 30 minutes to over an hour, and food takes more than 40 minutes after ordering. The tori paitan is rich enough that it starts to feel heavy halfway through.
