The Krug Room

Krug Room is a fine-dining restaurant inside the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Central, Hong Kong, serving Krug champagne and European dishes. Its menu pairs four glasses of Krug champagne with an 11-course meal and changes with the seasons. The chef prepares and explains the food at the table in a space designed to look like a train carriage. The dishes are on the salty side.
