Sushi Express in Mongkok is a small conveyor-belt sushi shop selling sushi and sashimi. You pick plates, including salmon sushi, off the moving belt and pay by plate colour. Dine-in is limited to 30 minutes, takeout is available, and most of the operation is self-service. The sushi selection is small and seating is tight, so you have to queue during busy hours.
