Samdor Noodle

Samdor Noodle is a Chinese noodle shop in Central, near the Mid-Levels Escalator, serving wonton noodles and gopchang (grilled intestines) noodles. The large, soft wontons hold shrimp and meat and come in a clear, lightly salted broth with egg noodles, served with house-made chili oil. At weekday lunch, office workers crowd in and the wait can run about 15 minutes. The space is small, so sharing a table is sometimes necessary.
