Kushiro

Kushiro is a Japanese omakase restaurant in the basement of The Peninsula Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. Its courses include red abalone from Shizuoka, Hokkaido sea urchin, and chawanmushi with French blue lobster, and the dinner course continues with eight pieces of sushi, soup, and dessert. Seating consists of three four-person tables and one long bar table, and the restaurant opened in 2022. At dinner, guests choose one of two courses, Taki or Kushiro.
