Kikanbo

Kikanbo is a spicy mala miso ramen shop with branches in Tsim Sha Tsui, Central, and Causeway Bay in Hong Kong. Thick, springy noodles come in a rich pork bone broth topped with soft chashu and stir-fried bean sprouts. When ordering, you choose the spice level and Sichuan pepper intensity from none, mild, medium, strong, or oni, and you can also select whether to include cilantro. At medium spice or above, the heat overtakes the flavor of the pork bone broth.
