Hidden

Hidden is a small Japanese skewer restaurant in Causeway Bay that serves Osaka-style kushikatsu and izakaya dishes. It fries skewers of seasonal seafood, meat, and vegetables, and also serves scallop and salmon roe skewers along with soju. A Japanese couple runs the place, and sitting at the bar allows conversation with the chef. Reservations must be made two months in advance.
