Kadorar et Levain

Kadorar et Levain is a small neighbourhood bakery in Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong, selling pudding buns, egg tarts and cheese milk bread. Pudding buns come out from 4:30 pm, alongside the egg tarts and cheese milk bread. A queue forms from 4 pm, and by around 4:10 you can be the fifteenth customer; turnover is fast. When customers crowd in, choosing or paying for bread is difficult, and the custard in the pudding buns spills, making them awkward to eat.
