Moiwa San

Moiwa San in Sapporo is a 531-meter mountain. From the summit observation deck, you can look out over the city of Sapporo and see the night view after dark. You can take a shuttle bus from the streetcar stop, or walk up the slope on foot. Weather affects the view heavily: clouds block it, and winter nights are very cold.
