JR Tower Observatory T38

The JR Tower observation deck sits 173 meters above Sapporo, directly beside Sapporo Station, and looks down over the city center. Its wide 360-degree windows take in the sunset and the night view toward the south side, and a cafe bar serves drinks and cocktails. The entrance is on the sixth floor of Stellar Place, near Muji, where online bookers exchange their QR code for a ticket at the desk. On cloudy days, clouds block the view toward the mountains.
