AOAO SAPPORO

Aoao Sapporo is an aquarium in central Sapporo. It displays fish and reptiles on the 4th and 5th floors and penguins on the 6th floor, viewable up close without wire mesh. The modern lighting and exhibition rooms are arranged like an art museum, and a slow walk through takes two to three hours. There is cafe-style seating with books where visitors can rest while looking at the tanks.
