Mosalwat Garden

Mosalwat Garden is a charcoal grill restaurant selling black pork and rear cuts at the start of the Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road in Hangyeong, Jeju. The standard order is pork collar and trim cuts with a stone pot rice that includes tot, mixed with gangdoenjang. Guests control the charcoal fire themselves and must turn the meat often, and a scorched-rice broth in the stone pot comes as a finish. Staff do not grill the meat for you, and orders and service are slow when the restaurant is busy.
