Jeju Dombe Makguksu

Jeju Dombe Makguksu is a restaurant in Gosan-ri, near Suwolbong, on Jeju, serving mul makguksu, bibim makguksu, and dombe-gogi. The bibim makguksu and mul makguksu are mild and light, and the dombe-gogi is tender with no gamey smell. Guests write their name and party size in the waiting list at the left of the entrance and wait nearby, and because one person handles everything from orders to payment, it takes time. The dombe-gogi is prepared in small amounts, sells out early, and the portions are small.
