Maingu 1F is a cafe inside Hakata Station in Fukuoka that serves spogliatella, an Italian pastry, along with coffee, panini, and pasta. The signature spogliatella is made from thin layers of dough stacked to a crisp exterior, filled with orange peel, cream cheese, and cinnamon. The in-store set pairs a chosen spogliatella with a cappuccino or blend coffee, and the cappuccino comes with latte art shaped like a cat. Takeout lines stretch long.
