Puru Puru Hakata is a bakery near Canal City in Fukuoka that sells several kinds of bread, with mentaiko baguette as its signature item. The mentaiko baguette is made by putting mentaiko into a baguette with a strong butter flavor and baking it until the outside is crisp, and a cutting service is available. The mentaiko baguette is ordered at the counter, and the wait time runs from 30 minutes to an hour. Seating inside the shop is very limited.
