BOUL'ANGE

BOUL'ANGE is a bakery in Fukuoka's Hakata Ward, a 5- to 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. Its signature item is a croissant ice cream, and it also sells pistachio cornet and kouign-amann as flaky pastries. The shop opens early and has seating inside along with a self-service oven. The ice cream in the croissant ice cream melts quickly and does not fill the pastry to the ends, which makes it awkward to eat.
