Hongdon

Hongdon is a meat restaurant in Busan that serves ogyeopsal. The ogyeopsal and scored pork skin are pre-grilled before serving, and pork skin is sometimes provided at no charge. Because the meat is pre-grilled, it can be eaten at the table shortly after it arrives, and the side dishes are numerous. The naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon are disappointing, and the galmaegisal has a strong odor.
