Gogyeoldam is a Korean restaurant in Busan that serves wood-fired grilled fish and fried rockfish (ureok). Its signature dishes are wood-fired mackerel and Spanish mackerel, along with the fried rockfish. The fried rockfish comes as one fish for two people, accompanied by japchae, rolled omelette, and seaweed soup with perilla powder. The open kitchen's wood-fired oven makes the dining room hot.
