Myeongdwaeji Galbi is an old restaurant near Sadang Station that grills pork galbi over charcoal, along with samgyeopsal, galmaegisal, and salt-grilled meat. The seasoned pork galbi is not heavily sweetened and is eaten with lettuce wraps, pickled scallions, and side dishes, followed by yeolmu kimchi naengmyeon for dessert. The restaurant fills up in the early evening, and diners grill their meat over charcoal at low tables. Ventilation is weak, so clothes pick up the smell of meat.
