Sushi Ryeo

Ryeo is a sushi restaurant in Seoul that serves aged sushi omakase near Seoul National University Station and Sharosu-gil. The course includes tuna sushi and tuna belly along with flounder, Spanish mackerel, sea bream, and squid (hanchi) sushi. Soup is served midway through the course, and grilled dishes such as hairtail and silver cod come with it. The restaurant is listed in the Blue Ribbon guide.
