Hamheung Naengmyeon

Hamhung Naengmyeon is a restaurant in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, that serves mul naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon and hoe naengmyeon. The bibim naengmyeon and hoe naengmyeon come with a savoury seasoning, and the noodles are chewy. Before the cold naengmyeon, the restaurant serves a hot broth such as gomtang, and it boils its own sagol broth. The mul naengmyeon broth is sweet and only mildly clean-tasting.
