Geumje

Geumje is a Japanese restaurant near Sindaebang Station in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, serving low-temperature-cooked donkatsu. It focuses on sang roast katsu and teuk roast katsu, thin and tender loin cutlets with a light coating, eaten with salt or truffle oil. All seats are counter seats, orders are placed on a tablet, and in the evening the restaurant fills up and a wait forms. The rice falls short in portion, taste, and presentation.
