Pyeongdae Seonggye Guksu Noodle Restaurant

Pyeongdae Seongge Guksu is a small noodle shop facing the sea in Jeju that serves sea urchin noodles, conch bibim noodles, and octopus dishes. The sea urchin noodles use medium-thick noodles in a clear broth with a strong sea urchin aroma, and the conch bibim noodles are sour and chewy. The shop has five or six tables, and the broth is made from sea urchin that haenyeo divers gather from the sea themselves. The sea urchin noodle broth is salty and slightly fishy.
