Inson Jeju

Inson Jeju is a small izakaya in Sehwa that serves aged tuna hoe and ttak-saeu hoe. The tuna belly is thawed until soft, and the ttak-saeu is trimmed down to the back side. Late-1980s and early-1990s songs play, and well-cooked radish is served with the broth. Many customers order takeout, so ingredients can run out early.
