Sushi Ojima

Sushi Ojima is an Edomae sushi counter three minutes on foot from Ginza Station in Tokyo. It serves items such as kohada, spring kohada kelp-cured, purple sea urchin gunkan, and chutoro with red vinegar shari. The shop has 12 counter seats and one private room, and the chef forms each piece in front of you. You sit across from a chef who responds in English while quiet jazz plays.
