Kawamura

Kawamura is a high-end Western restaurant in Ginza serving Kobe beef steak and course meals. The raw abalone is served three ways: with a rare liver sauce, butter-sautéed, and as a soup, followed by consommé and house-made dessert. Staff show cuts of beef at the table, ask how much you want, and grill it for you. Reservations are effectively referral-only, and the booking threshold is high with long wait times.
