Ginza Soba Yu

Ginza Soba Yu is a soba restaurant in Ginza serving a Kyoto kaiseki and hand-made soba course. The lunch course includes soba topped with abalone and sobagaki dumplings simmered with duck, with fresh wasabi grated at the table and served alongside zaru soba. At the counter seats, diners watch the chef hand-make soba from scratch, and live piano plays during the meal. The restaurant opened in December 2025.
