Hotaru

Hotaru is a small restaurant in Busan serving Japanese-style ramen near an outlet mall and Yonggungsa. It offers shio ramen, niboshi shoyu ramen, tantanmen, and tsukemen, with broth made from chicken, pork, and anchovies and noodles made from organic flour. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and the ramen cooked in the open kitchen is brought to your seat. There is a break from 3:30 to 5 p.m., and the seating is limited.
