Simya Sikdang Kyem is a one-chef izakaya in Magok, Seoul, serving Korean traditional liquor and regional alcohols. The chef recommends dishes to pair with each drink. The menu changes after a set date, and each type of hoe has a different aged flavor. It does not carry standard soju or beer.
