Dake

Take is an izakaya at the entrance of Hwagok Market that serves donkatsu at lunch and drinks with anju in the evening. The donkatsu comes as hire, rosu, sang-rosu, or a mixed set, ordered in units of two pieces. There is a bar table for drinking alone, and leaving a waiting number gets you a call when a seat opens. Seats fill quickly in the evening, so the wait can run long.
