Wangbau Saenggogi

Wangbau Saenggogi is a long-standing raw meat restaurant in Gangneung. It serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) on a pot-lid grill and raw meat duruchigi cooked like kimchi stew, with the duruchigi simmered using its own dedicated kimchi. The duruchigi develops its flavor after simmering for about 10 minutes, and tofu can be added. The pot-lid grill plate is wide, making it easy to grill the samgyeopsal.
