Sujubeun Gwajajeom

Sujubeun Gwajajeom is a bakery in Namhangjin, Gangneung. It bakes madeleines, financiers, and cannelés on site, and marks its best-selling items with a star. Sales status is posted in real time on Instagram, and menu reservations are accepted. Between noon and 1 p.m. customers crowd in, so even with a dedicated parking lot cars sometimes have to park in the alley.
