Sinseongchun

Sinseongchun is a Chinese restaurant in Hongje-dong, Gangneung. Order ganjjajang and tangsuyuk and the kitchen cooks them right away. The ganjjajang carries the taste of chunjang without sweetness, and the tangsuyuk has thick meat under a thin batter. The noodles are on the soft side, so they do not suit anyone who prefers chewy noodles.
