Seopgwa Mulmangchi

Seopgwa Mulmangchi is a restaurant in Gangneung that serves seopguk made with wild-caught seop and mangchi maeuntang. The seopguk contains seop, kongnamul, and ssukgat, while the mangchi maeuntang comes with a spicy, refreshing broth. The seopguk is somewhat spicy and hot, so it is also sought out as a morning hangover soup. The amount of wild-caught seop that goes into the broth is on the small side.
