Ponam Shabu-shabu Kalguksu

Ponam Syabeu Syabeu Kalguksu is a shabu-shabu and kalguksu restaurant in Gangneung. Diners cook mushrooms, vegetables, and meat in a spicy broth made with doenjang, then add kalguksu noodles or egg fried rice at the end. At lunch the tables are almost all full, but waits are rare. In the evening there can be a wait.
